Vehicle Rental Administrator - Boksburg

Our client, a large Commercial Vehicle Rental Agency based in Boksburg, requires a Vehicle Rental Administrator that is immediately available, to accept employment as soon as possible.

Salary: R8 000 – R10 000 per month – depending on experience

Prefer candidates who are no more than 20 min to 30min from Boksburg (must stay within the vicinity or close by)  


* Matric

* Bilingual (Afrikaans & English, read, write, speak)

* Driver’s License and own transport required

* The necessity is a person strong in admin, especially with Motor industry or Vehicle Rental background

* MUST have a strong personality. Someone that can take charge of the office. Willing to do more than just Admin. – Must have a don’t give up attitude 

* Accurate & Trustworthy 

* Computer Literate 


* Booking out of vehicles 

* Open and close movements for vehicles

* Open purchase orders for fuel, services, etc

* Reconcile fuel daily and monthly 

* Deliver and collect vehicles when necessary with drivers 

* Manage petty cash and balance with manager monthly 

* Opening and closing of Rental Agreements 

* Invoicing 

* Liaising with Head-office daily regarding open or closed movements 

* All Administration with regards to the Branch

* Quotes

* Filing

* Assisting drivers with duties when needed 

* Phoning for new clients 

* Do comebacks
