Job Description

Sunrise Technosystems is looking for a knowledgeable resource to provide product ownership for the Dynamics 365 foundation project for an Insurance and investment company based out of South Africa


This resource needs to be/have:

1.  An expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 & solid understanding of CRM 2016

2.  Have proven Agile methodology experience

3. Can provide leadership to a development team and software provider teams

4. Proficient in interviewing potential D365 developers and mobilising an internal development team.

5. An application owner for the D365 application


In addition, the resource should be application manager/ functional lead and people manager that has a great understanding of the business and its people, has performed application management and ownership tasks and is comfortable addressing a wide audience.

 A technology visionary that can take the current technology and roll out the strategy in line with the application development and the product roadmap.

The ability to pick up on a task/ challenge and run with it independently without requiring handholding.

 The ability to grow direct and indirect reports to “be their best”.

The position requires a strategic thinker that can get their hands dirty to understand the operational tasks required in keeping the applications running efficiently and effectively.
